Article 2. Purpose of The Collection of Personal Data id Clinic utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes. Article 3. Article 4. Procedure and Method of the Destruction of Personal Information id Clinic shall destroy the collected and stored personal data without delay after the purpose of collecting and using the personal data has been achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows: a.
